I wish for trick or treaters too!! In Australia, Halloween is a non-holiday. Rarely celebrated and looked on with disdain. Being Canadian I LOVE it and all the lollies that go with it.

I suppose it IS better for my waistline this way

I try to buy candy I don’t like either, but I find my way into liking it at some point.

Heather – sad but I love stale peeps. In fact, my daughter and I fight over them.

You could always try my trick. I buy the candy, but I buy a candy I don’t like. Takes courage at the store, but well worth it in the end.
