My husband and I agree that we can feel really good about putting leftovers in the fridge. First you feel good that you are saving money, then you feel good about saving someones life when you throw it away months later when you find it hiding in the back of the fridge. I’m not sure it hides in the back because it is ashamed of how it looks (and smells) of if it just doesn’t want to miss the afterlife?

(And I LOVE the quote! I will have to remember that one!)

This is SO my life! Love that I’m not the only one who typically has a half dozen science experiments going in the fridge. Turn it into a game and the whole family will like helping clean out the fridge….play “Guess What This Used to Be!” : )
